Apple Cinnamon Peanut Butter
Here’s the story of my accidental business. In May of 2012 I decided to make some peanut butter. The only ingredient was roasted salted peanuts. I was amazed how good it was! Within minutes I said to myself that I should try to sell them. I started out at a couple small Farmers Markets. I had 3 flavors, plain Peanut, Almond and Cashew. Everyone loved them! Since Chunky Peanut is my favorite, I made that next. Then came Peanut Butter with Dried Apples, Honey and Cinnamon. It was a huge hit! Chocolate Peanut Butter (no soy or dairy) was next. Another hit!

Lake Minnetonka Candle
The story of Adriana and Hannah begins at the University of Minnesota Duluth where the two found themselves as roommates from start to finish. During their years in Duluth, Adriana found a passion and talent for photography. Getting most of her inspiration through exploring the land of the Northern Shores of Lake Superior. Hannah, graduating with a graphic design & marketing degree at the end of her time there, always knew the two would find a way to use their talents as a team. A few years passed after graduation when Adriana brought the idea to Hannah, to help with the design. After a month or so passed with no updates, Hannah seeing the great potential in the idea, pushed Adriana to pursue it. Eventually to the point that she decided to jump in as well! In turn, the Lakehouse Candle Co. was born.
Eden Apples
Eden Apples is a family run business. We started out drying apples for our family and friends. The response to our wholesome snack was very overwhelming. We use fresh apples from the MN Harvest Apple Orchard and dry them using our family recipe. The crispy, dried apples are a great snack. They have a sweet, yet tart, cinnamon flavor. “Be Tempted” to purchase some.
Eden Apples was sold and relocated to the MN Harvest Apple Orchard in Jordan, they are making these great Eden Apple Chips and have them available now.
